Quick Troubleshooting

Try these simple DIY fixes before requesting a service call.

  • Check if the machine is securely plugged in and the outlet has power.
  • Ensure the door is fully pushed closed (you should hear a click).
  • Verify a cycle is actually selected and the "Start/Pause" button was pressed firmly.
  • Check the drain hose behind the machine to ensure it is not kinked or crushed.
  • Make sure the drain hose is properly inserted into your home's standpipe or sink.
  • If the machine is pumping water out but it's overflowing, your home's plumbing line may be clogged and require a plumber.
  • All-in-one ventless cycles naturally take longer. Ensure you selected a cycle that includes drying.
  • Do not overload the drum! Clothes need room to tumble in order to dry properly. Fill the drum no more than 2/3 full.
  • If clothes are still damp, you can manually run a "Dry Only" cycle for an extra 30-60 minutes.
  • Check if the machine is level on the floor. If it wobbles when you push it, the leveling legs need adjustment.
  • Ensure you aren't washing a single heavy item (like one large towel or rug), which throws the drum off balance. Add a few smaller items to balance the load.
  • Immediately turn off the water supply valves.
  • Check the hot and cold hose connections at the wall and the back of the machine to ensure they are tight.
  • Make sure you are using HE (High Efficiency) detergent and not overfilling the dispenser, which can cause suds to leak out.

If the digital display shows an error code (like E01, F2, etc.), please take a clear photo of the display and text or email it to us immediately so our technicians can diagnose the issue.
